It not only supports the circulation, but helps the joints, muscles and tendons. To support these areas, take cayenne daily. Personally, I take a capsule of cayenne pepper with every meal.

Standard usage1 capsule, 3 times a day, taken with food or a drink. If desired, up to twice this amount can safely be taken.
