Organic German Blue Chamomile (Chamomilla recutita) Flower Essential Oil - 10ml

This is Pure Therapeutic Standard Organic Chamomilla recutita (Blue Chamomile) Flower Oil that has been distilled from the dried flower heads of the Matricaria recutita, syn. Chamomilla recutita (L.), Compositae. It is 100% pure, with no solvents, preservatives, genetically modified or irradiated materials used in production. It is vegan friendly and Humane.

 

This essential oil features nourishing bisabolol and deep blue chamazulene, making it ideal for dry, flaky, and itchy skin. It can also be used in small amounts for those with eczema or irritable skin. For hair care, use sparingly in shampoos to soothe an irritated scalp. In addition, this versatile oil can be added to an oil burner or diffuser for a calming atmosphere in the home. For a sports massage, blend with Camphor, or combine with Lavender for skin products and Mandarin for children's skin. To create creams and gels, add to a Calendula infused oil.

Blends well with:
Storage: Store at room temperature away from heat, light and ignition sources.
Usage:
  • Bath & Shower: Adults: add up to 5 drops in 2 tbsp carrier.
  • Massages:  Up to 15 drops in 2 tbsp of carrier.
  • One of the most potent chamomile oils so be careful not to overuse, where it has the potential to cause dermal irritation.
  • Do not take internally or apply undiluted to the skin
  • Keep away from eyes
  • Keep away from children and pets
  • Store in a cool dark place.
  • Flammable

As our own label descriptions etc have not yet gone through the administrative process, we are unable to use the logo at this time or declare them to be certified as organic.
