Melissa officinalis, Lemon Balm
Grow your own Lemon Balm with this high quality seed from Jekka’s! There are approximately 160 herb seeds per packet, all are untreated and can be used to grow organic herb plants. Although lemon balm comes in a number of varieties, Melissa offinalis is the medicinal herb variety. It can also be used in cooking.
It is a Hardy herbaceous perennial, growing up to 75cm tall, with an average spread of 45cm. It produces clusters of small pale creamy flowers. It is famous for its Lemon scented, oval, toothed, textured, green leaves. Due to its naturally strong growth pattern, HIPPIE recommend growing these seeds in pots.
