Delivery Times
We are a small, independent family business that began with no savings and no investors and so have very limited warehousing. As such, there is far more process involved in getting your order to you than simply wrapping and posting! Please understand that when spending with us, you are fuelling our future! We cannot compete with corporate delivery times, nor do we try to!
We aim to process, fulfil and ship orders on the time frame shown below, unless there are periods of exceptional order volume or circumstances beyond our control This will be clearly displayed on the home page of the website in the event it occurs.
We have some of our items printed or finished to order as we are a small family business with limited warehousing. These manufacturers may be relying on international shipping and import, which could be disrupted at the time. In all cases, we would ask that you allow 28 days before assuming an item lost or missing.
Our fulfilment and shipping process is shown below with estimated times as a guide only. We endeavour to operate to these time frames.
