Refund Policy

In addition to your legal right to cancel within 14 days of your order under distance selling legislations, there are a number of circumstances where you may consider a returning, exchanging, or requesting a refund and some where we are not able to offer this:

Size and fit:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on items that do not fit and are within the stated item measurements. Please take the time to take measurements and use these when selecting your item size.

Delayed Deliveries Or Fulfilment:

Our delivery times displayed on the website are estimated. We will not refund until  an item is between 15 and 30 days past the order date.

We are also not able to refund or cancel orders after 14 days from the order date if there is a notification banner on the website showing that delays are expected. As long as your order arrives within the delay period provided on the website, you accept this as the agreed fulfilment time and it replaces our usual estimated times shown elsewhere.

Missing Items:

All our items are sent using tracked delivery methods. Should your item not arrive, we may ask you to check with neighbours or family before we begin investigating the situation fully. In the event your packaged has been lost by the courier, we will of course issue a refund once our investigation is completed.

Faulty Items and Damaged Deliveries:

We will happily offer an exchange or refund in the rare event your item is faulty, or should a time occur that an item was not to standard, proving we are contacted with 30 days of the receipt of your items. Please send an email to and include photographs of the item clearly showing the issue you describe.

We may arrange collection of the item at our expense and will of course offer you replacement, exchange or refund. These will be issued on our receipt of the original item. You will receive notification and evidence of any refunds processed. 

Please take care of the products whilst they are in your possession prior to any return, even if faulty, as we will inspect the products upon their arrival back to us and investigate any arising issues.

Refund and Replacement/Exchange Times:

Please bear in mind that once we have issued the refund, the timing of it clearing with be wholly dependant on your payment provider. (It may take around 10 days.) We can only refund back to your original payment method and cannot be held responsible for clearance times once we have issued the refund at our end.

 If an exchange / replacement has been agreed, we will process the order for the new item within 3-5 business days. If we do not have stock availability and no suitable alternative is available, we will contact you to advise and offer an alternative or arrange a refund, if this if your preference.
